Bad customer service.
I hate to leave a bad review because the classes are great, I hope you never have any problems with your membership, because they won't help you. I purchased a 30-class pass about a few years ago, but the Houston location closed down, and there isn't another location in Houston. I e-mailed several times about a possible refund, but I never got a response. I went to the Routh location and told the lady at the front desk that I am rarely in Dallas or Austin so I would not get to use my pass. She basically said that I need to find someone to buy my class pass, and it's not their fault that the Houston location closed down. I guess it will take me 50+ years to use up my pass. I will never recommend them to anyone.
