The most fun hard workout you can get in an hour! If you grew up a ballerina or love dance and are in decent shape give Soulcycle a try!!!

Great workout and fun to do even if you do not typically enjoy cycling! There are a variety of trainer with different styles (I enjoyed them all). Class cost is expensive at $26-30 per class

We have ridden at SoulCycle in NYC and LA and we always love the workout. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with our instructor today. She began the class with a few curse words and then brought up that she was working on a holiday at least five times. There wasn't a positive attitude that I normally associate with SoulCycle classes.

I love Soul Cycle - a great 45 minute workout that is always challenging. The instructors are fabulous - so friendly and encouraging. And I love the message of community that Soul cycle spreads. The staff is wonderful - I am so happy that SC has found it's Dallas location!

So much fun getting to try this out! For first time riders, they are great about getting you sized for shoes and helping you get on and adjust the bike quickly.

If you are looking for a challenging aerobic workout with outstanding instructors and friendly front desk staff, Soul Cycle is for you! I started my Soul Cycle journey on July 3, 2016 and I am hooked! Just love this place and love how I feel after an invigorating 45 minute ride!
