This class has literally changed my life! This class brings results and the instructors are AMAZING! TY Treadfitness - Elizabeth, Matt and all of the awesome coaches there!
Absolutely love this gym!!! I go at least three times a week to workout, and also love the recovery room they have. Every class is an absolute blast!! Never been in such good shape !
I am not a runner so I was nervous to try this class but had heard such positive things. This is a GREAT workout and a really great environment for any and all fitness levels. I can always count on Elizabeths for a warm welcome, great instruction and walking out feeling stronger!! Love Tread Fitness!!
As a person who regularly does workout classes, there are much better alternatives in the area. My first class was with Elizabeth the trainer/owner and had about 10 people. By the time we got to the final "floor" portion, half of the class was immobile and the other half was performing the exercise with improper form and just asking for an injury. The instructor was literally sitting on her bench at this time and seemed disinterested at best instead of correcting people's form or reading the class and realizing that repeated intervals for an hour with no rest is not the best workout method.
Elizabeth was neither warm nor encouraging and gave literally no rest in the 60 min class which consisted of hill runs (up to 12% incline), tabata sprints, burpees, jump squats, other plyometrics, clean and press, etc.
We decided to give this studio a second chance with a different instructor. We signed up with David listed as the instructor but much to our dismay when we showed up it was Elizabeth instructing. There were 4 people in our class which involved hill runs (up to 12% incline), calisthenics/plyometrics, TRX burnout, tabata treadmill sprints, TRX ab burnout. Again there was 0 rest built-in between workout portions, and during the tabata rest period she was encouraging us to continue activity. Again by the end of this class people were resting during the active period and there was severe form deterioration on the exercises.
To conclude, I'm all for hard workout classes but there are much better alternatives that will provide a safer and more encouraging environment. I apologize to the other instructors if their classes are better taught than Elizabeth's but we will not be returning to this studio.

HIIT, intense
HIIT, intense
Tread Fitness is hands down the best group workout class to burn insane amount of calories in 1 hour! I like that it's a mixture of weights and cardio which helps increase my endurance level. They have the best trainers in Dallas - Dre and Chris who really motivate you to push past your personal best every time.
The most energizing, motivating, uplifting instructors and workouts eveeer! The high intensity interval training workouts are always so challenging that make me feel amazing every time. It's like a big family there as the coaches/instructors are so welcoming and there for you. I cannot get enough of Tread workouts and the Tread community!
Great workout every class! Typical class has 8 - 12 people (60% female / 40% male, age range 20 - 60 but median age probably 33ish, most run in the "intermediate" range so there's room for the world-class athlete but most in the room are simply looking to improve their fitness and not striving for a successful NFL tryout). Class starts w a 2-minute jog to warmup, then a series of sprints, hill runs, and recoveries for next 13 minutes. Then you hit the floor for 15 min of high-rep and lo-weight weight exercises. At minute 30, it's back to the tread for another 15 minutes followed by 10 min of weights and five minutes of cool-down stretching. Fast-paced rock music plays the whole time.
No machismo, just a lot of fun in an environment where you feel comfortable pushing yourself.
