My wife and I have been members here for 1.5 years. We joined looking to stay fit, learn better lifting techniques and find a community. We could not be happier. Josh is a fantastic coach as is Alex. They are technically skilled and know when to push and when to let you go on your own. The other members are fantastic, really supportive and many have become our friends. I recommend the gym for both crossfitters and for people just interested in getting/staying fit.
Great vibe! I quit coming because I changed jobs and it wasn't convenient anymore but I sure do miss it. Emphasis on technique and personal progress with a wide variety of members. I always felt welcomed.
Josh is very knowledgeable and passionate about fitness. His coaching is very sarcastic, brash and not motivational. My experience there wasn't pleasant. When I was feeling discouraged, even being a former college athlete and new to Crossfit, it felt like he was yelling at me and not trying to get to know me and respect my boundaries. I tried to push past the negativity but I didn't feel good about it. I had been going for few weeks. Alex and Freedom are better coaches who I feel are respectful and considerate of beginners. But they were not there often when I was attending. While Crossfit is a great fitness program, I wouldn't continue training at this gym.
Josh is a fantastic coach. Love the atmosphere and facility; would strongly recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in doing the CrossFitness or learning olympic weightlifting
I love the atmosphere and I perform there a lot!

Josh and Alex are awesome! Josh truly understands how to coach, keeps the entire class challenging for every level of person that walks in. He's positive, pushes you, and it's still a lot of fun. Tons of respect for these guys!
This is a great gym! Josh pays very careful attention to each athlete and provides individualized feedback every class. Workouts are scaled appropriately to skill level so that everyone who goes will get a great workout.
And so you have some reason to believe I know what I am talking about, I've been doing Crossfit for three years (at other gyms) and I've been to around 20 classes here (it opened 10/30/15).
