This place is extraordinarily dishonest. We went here and, when signing up, they make it sound like it's incredibly easy to cancel if you have some kind of medical issue or need to move. We were going here and my wife had a lower back injury so she had to stop. We were told that if we went to go to a doctor and got a note, we could cancel the contract without any kind of fee. Before the month was over, we contacted them trying to give them the doctor's note and they told us that we needed to go in to the location, get some specific form, and get a signed affidavit from the doctor on the day before the new month started and they would automatically charge us for the next month afterwards. When we went and asked why we were never told about the form, we were told, "You had plenty of time to get the doctor's note," even though that response makes no sense and the person on the phone hung up on us rather than give us their name.
I would not recommend this place. They are profoundly dishonest and try to show themselves as "not a typical gym", but they use the same high pressure sales tactics and the same cancellation fees that every other gym does.
