This has to be my favorite location, I go after midnight because earlier it gets super packed. The people at the counter are always super friendly and helpful with everything you need, I believe they got everything new. They have 4 smith machines in this location, love it!!

Great place a very relaxed atmosphere, honestly it's very quiet and the right place to go to if you want that solo gym venture with no judgement. The establishment is clean. Only issue is that it can get SERIOUSLY packed after 3:30 ish. So be ready for it.

The club is clean I alwAys see the staff cleaning the equipment. Plus they added new machines. Most people clean after themselves others just feel entitled but the club itself is very good

I've never purchased a gym membership before but i was pleasantly surprised. Excellent selection of machines, plenty to go around. Lily gave me a tour right away and was very friendly and sincere! Great place to exercise, i love planet fitness!

In my own personal experience, I don't get bothered by anyone.
They leave me alone and tend to their own business.

Clean and very roomy gym. It gets a little packed until the night time but there are plenty of planet fitness around in the area, so it doesn't matter all too much to me. There are alot of diverse machines, and the new jungle gym is an amazing.

I used to enjoy this location but ever since the new convicted felon manager (a staff member gave me her info) started its gone downhill. She is very disrespectful and the staff doesn't even like her. She has inappropriately touched me more than once and laughs it off like its no big deal.. Pls bring back the old manager so i can feel safe again

I love going there about 3-5 times a week. Close to home. Everyone there should already know me & my husband. Its crazy because workers there are great but Management sucks! Oh & there's a little old Hispanic lady who is so irritating, she tries to mop & clean the floors & equipment while you are literally stretching & working out smh, dnt get me wrong this place is super clean but pick a less busy time to do so. Other than that I put my head phones on & I get in my zone!

Been coming to this location for a long time, i was just told by some manager there that i can not longer use my jump rope in there, she even suggested that i used my jump rope inside the restrooms lmao!!! If anybody from corporate can reach out to me and show me policy guidelines where it say i cam only used my jump rope in the restroom. Ok you guys win am going to fitness connection, i dont see how a jump rope its a liability issue but o well,

Staff is NOT welcoming...never a smile only from the Manager....Today they had a hand written sign saying. "Cheat on your boyfriend, not your workout " by Yessie....Negative motivation...Dont ever cheat period especially to another human being.Dont care if it was a joke. PF needs a sauna or steam room.

I chose to come to this location because the one on camp wisdom is pretty gross and the cedar hill location still had not opened when I decided to join the gym. Overall this location keeps everything pretty clean and the staff is pretty friendly too. My only complaint is that you have to wait 90days to transfer to another planet fitness if you have the $10 a month card. Other than that one thing I would recommend this place.

I hate this place. i was there earlier today trying to cancel my wifes membership and got told by the three different employees that it would be 62 $ to cancel my wifes membership. But they didnt mention waiving one of the final months payments . Also not evrybody reads the contract. The day my wife got her membership the employees only mentioned the annual fee not the cancellation fee. Both fees need to be verbally explaind .

More than half of good reviews are all friends of staff. This place mold and insects. Managers are young no customer service experience I will never ever recommend planet fitness

This place is really good in my opinion, mind you that I've only been to two other gyms so I don't know too much about what is standard in gyms.
When I first signed up it was more or less easy to do so, the staff here is pretty "ok" and will help you if you ask. The only time I kinda had an issue was when they were explaining their plans but that could just be me.
I got a classic membership so I won't say anything about the black card section of the gym.
When you first enter you will obviously see cardio equipment and strength equipment on two sides of the gym. They got a decent variety that works most of your body. They also have a small section of the gym for stretching that has some equipment for stretching and and some weight strength training. They have lots of plasma TV all around the gym and you can even plug some headphones/earbuds to certain equipment to listen into one of the plasma TVs. The locker room are pretty good but you should know you need your own lock to use the lockers. The locker rooms double as the gym's restrooms and shower rooms (the showers have walls separating them and have a curtain for privacy). They also sell some drinks and refreshments at the front desk that for exercise, Gatorade, Powerade, those sorts of things.
That's most of the gym, tho I know that they have massage chairs, tanning machines, and a few other things for black card members. Like I said before I'm just a classic card member so I can't say anything about that.

Even though I deactivated my membership I went with my friend on their black card. They upgrade the equipment and have some new workout station keep it up.

Great place to work out. The staff is friendly and the gym is clean. I would recommend this gym if you are looking for one.I've been coming to this location for close to 3 years and I have always have had a positive experience. The gym is always clean and the staff is always positive and helpful.

I love this gym!! It has everything I need to have an awesome workout. I am a black card memeber so the massage rooms and chairs are great after a heavy workout. The staff and trainers are so nice and helpful. 10/10

I love this gym. I've been going here for years off and on. No matter what time of the day you go it's never packed. The staff is very friendly. Great place for people of all levels of fitness.

One day it was really packed at this gym like always in oak cliff so I decided to park on one of the handicap space only because not to long ago they broke in my car but unfortunately it wasn't captured on video due to lack of cameras on the parking lot in the front. So after parking in the front handicap space ( which was told to me that it was ok by the staff) I went in and I was confronted by this big bulky Hispanic guy and started verbally abusing me because he felt some type of way that I had parked in handicap. So my natural reaction was blowing him off and told him to basically leaving me alone and to bring up to management instead of him coming directly to me. So, this two girl named Karina Serrato that worked in the front came by and asked if that guy had came to talk to me about parking in the front handicap space and went on to say that she told him that they couldn't do anything about it and for him to come talk to me if he had a problem with it. I felt the way they handled this situation very poorly and actually put their "members" in a situatuin they should of never had happend. This clearly could of gotten way out of hand and one of us could of gotten really hurt. I'll stay clear from this gym and find another one where their employees are going to have some sense of customer service etiquette.
