Coach Victor is really knowledgeable ! He will help you on self defence , nutrition and will teach you how to stay in shape ! Great atmosphere

Next Generation MMA Dallas is awesome. I been traing for about three months and from the very first day I was hooked. Victor is a great coach and he will take the time to make sure that you are progressing every single class. Everyone in the group is very nice, the idea is not to hurt each other whenever we are rolling but to learn how to selfdefense and get a good work out of it.
