Was hesitant to join due to the reviews. Was pleasantly surprised by consistently good service. I purchased the package of 10 platinum tans and was very satisfied. Will definitely be returning.
I've been paying 7.50 per month to freeze my account and you are supposed to get that money put towards your purchase when you come back. So i came back after 7 or 8 months, had 52.50 in credit on my account. They charged me $283 on my cc.i didn't think to ask if they applied it. So next time i went in i asked, and no they didn't. I asked them to refund and do the transaction again, they won't. She tried to offer me a free spray tan but I'm already getting unlimited with the $283 package. She said it was their mistake because it was a trainee but she can'tdo anything about it. Basically im SOL for their mistake. So how do i get my $52.50 back if I'm planning on canceling as soon as the 3 months Is up. I've been a customer for like 7 or 8 years.... nice to see how they treat a customer whos loyal. Don't waste your money. Horrible customer service. I feel like they are stealing from me, cuz the money came out of my checking account, they are holding it, and won't give it back.

I work in sales and planet tan uses shady sales tactics. Make sure you cancel before the 25th or you will get charged the next month. I was never aware I was being charged for "tan bucks" every month. The manager said I would be charged 40-50 a month but didn't tell me about the one time start up cost till after I handed over my debit card. Can't stand shady sales people. I cancel my tan membership during the summer every year. I would not recommend this company. 40$ is worth more to them than customer service.
