I never feel judged while working out! The employees are all super nice! And there's plenty of machines to use so there's no waiting around. I highly recommend the Irving Planet fitness!

Would've given 5 stars but the lockers are a bit cramped compared to some other clubs I've been in. Lots of machines and cardio equipment in great condition. Great cooling system as I don't leave puddles of sweat on both sides of the x-trainer any more. Typical music piped in which I ignore as do most listening to industrial metal.

This gym is simple, great price, have the equipments you need and they have friendly staffs. If you're a person who just want to exercise, this is definitely the gym for you. They do not have a pool area, sauna/steam room nor classes such as yoga, spinning, zumba, etc. However, they do have classes each day for body conditioning/body strength. They also have a tanning room and massage chairs. For the price, you're definitely paying for what it's worth. I miss the sauna but with the budget we have, this is a great gym to have a membership for.

This gym is perfect what I am looking for. It is quite durning the day and has all the equipment I need. It is very clean and there is always someone cleaning and taking trash out. The front desk people have always been helpful. The price is perfect. This is a smaller location of Planet Fitness but that is why I like it.

I have the black card membership here, so I can use the hydro-massage beds. I love spending ten minutes on these after a hard hitting workout! Sometimes there is a bit of a wait for one of the Smith Machines, otherwise it is a great facility. Very clean and the staff is friendly.

This gym is amazing! You definitely gotta get the black card membership as the hydro massage perk is worth it alone. The equipment is great and everyone is pretty chill, no judgment at all. The employees are very nice!

New equipment. Clean facilities (doesn't smell like gym socks). Tanning beds and massage chairs/tables for black card members. Free pizza for everyone first Monday of the month. Does not have a pool, hot tub, sauna or steam room but the price Per month is about what most people spend on lunch daily.

Just a visitors perspective. Unfortunately i don't live near a planet fitness that would be a convenient drive but i visited this location and WOW WOW WOW i don't know if this location is new or not but this place was clean. Never seen such a clean gym. The women's locker room doesn't have that sweaty musty shower scent like at the gym i go to and that's huge in my book. Well even better the gym itself doesn't have a bad odor. Maybe they have a great vent system or something whatever the case is i wish i was closer to this location so i could join but i just can't see driving 30minutes in the wrong direction just to go here.

Trust me there's a reasons why this is a $10's a month place. Waste of time and money. Whoever owns this place needs to go and spend a day there and watch what happens and how they treat people.....

Ok so they make you pay extra for this black card to get the "extra" privileged amenities.. But in the Black Card Lounge area you have to watch the channel that they have on the TV which is music videos with no music that are extra weird.. If this is a lounge set up for the members wouldn't you think that the members would be able to change and watch the channel they want to watch or at least have some volume on the TV to where you could here the music. the lounge area never has anyone sitting there it's a pointless space in the building. The massage Hydro beds and the massage chairs both have the same weird music videos playing with no music and no way to change the channel, and the beds are so loud you can't even hear yourself think and it is not even close to a relaxing or calming environment. These are suppose to be areas where you go to unwind and relax not get your head pounded off by a noisy machine and weird videos... definitely makes me regret getting the black card it feels like a waste of money.. Also the staff doesn't care you try to ask them to do something and they just laugh at you. Very immature group of employees.. it's a shame to this club has a lot of potential. If you're reading these reviews look at how many bad complaints they have on the staff someone needs to go and check this out????

Outstanding gym. Its very clean, there is a huge selection of equipment and the membership price is awesome. It has much better equipment for serious weightlifting than I had been lead to believe Planet Fitness had. I am very pleased with this gym, and I've been to a lot of gyms over the years.

I have been a member here for about a year. I really hope they build another PF because lately this location is very congested. It seems like everyone in Irving is there at times. Unless of course you go really late or on the weekends is when I get the best work out (depending on your work schedule). Overall its maintained pretty well, only thing I really dislike is the Wifi is ALWAYS DOWN!!

All of the equipment is very well maintained. I've never had any issue or had to move to a different piece of equipment to workout, everything just works. There are like 20 TVs, all on a different channel, to watch while I work out, I love that. The Planet Fitness app is pretty well developed too. I haven't had any issues tracking my workouts or scheduling a time with a personal trainer or joining a workout class. All things considered the Planet Fitness in Irving, Texas just awesome and that's why I'm giving it a perfect 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend it.

I will Never recommend Planet Fitness or step foot in the place. I have had my membership Since March 31 and they have taken out 4 payments already. Call customer service which are rude as hell tells me I will have to pay $57 to cancel membership. On top of the 57 they just took out today! These people are insane as hell. I never had these issues in Missouri and I had a membership for 2 years. The centers are trash and they barely have equipment. Never Again! Go to LA Fitness

Getting a lil more crowded nowadays but if you're there for a good workout id suggest being there at noon when its usually quiet.

Planet Fitness. The Planet Fitness team is rude, very
unprofessional and very impersonal. I have never had
such a negative Customer Experience in any Gym than what
I experienced at the Planet Fitness in Irving, Texas.
Evidently, Planet Fitness has some serious gaps in customer
realations and service training. Serious lack of Professional
and courtesy. Avoid Sahari, her Manager Kimberley and Planet Fitness.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful... all equipment is clean and plenty of variety... the trainer is awesome and always mixing things up to work out the muscles in different ways!!!

The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The gym is very clean someone is always cleaning the gym Everytime I have went. The free tanning and hydro massage is really nice.

It's always clean. One particular staff always remembers me and we will hold conversations. The location is professional and keeps it tidy. I have NEVER seen any broken or worn machines.

I really enjoy the atmosphere. People of all shapes and sizes so I'm not self conscious of how I look. It's always super clean. The staff are always friendly. The only complaint I have it that I wish there were more mats to stretch and do floor exercises on.

I have been working out with Planet Fitness since May 2017 and had a very good experience. Facilities are safe and clean and equipment works every time. I like the fact that no "trainers" or "coaches" solicit business while you are trying to work out. If I needed help or had a question the staff was extremely responsive and very knowledgeable. I appreciate that Planet Fitness has developed a business model at a very competitive rate for average people to work out.

I love the location, cleanliness, professional staff, being open 24 hours, "spa" amenities, and lockers. My only complaint is that there are no plates and barbells for regular squats and/or bench press. Instead there are a variety of machines (including Smith machines). Some people complain about the rules (no grunting, dropping weights, gallon jugs, etc) but I don't mind. As long as you're not being obnoxious, you won't have a problem.

From kc and was in town for the kc chiefs vs dallas cowboys game. Went to gym a few times while there. Julio at front desk was very polite and positive, he answered all questions I had and made my visit enjoyable. Very clean facility and plenty of equipment. Definitely recommend stopping in and checking this place out. Thank you

So far my experience has been great! I usually go to the gym very late at night and its always clean, the front desk person is really nice, and all the machines are always in good order. I especially love the massage beds and chairs its an awesome feature of the gym along with the locker rooms. Very glad my fiance and I chose to join this gym

Good and new facility. Nice design and has a lot of cable machines that are doubled so you don't have to wait for one machine. The problem with that is it doesn't leave as much room for variety. Showers need some plumbing work too as they have very little pressure.

It's always refreshing to come in and be greeted by Rigo and Daniel. The staff is one of the biggest reasons why I've stayed at this gym. Everyone is always friendly and very helpful.

This is a great, basic gym. With a few perks. While it is small, especially compared to Fitness Connection down the street, it holds its own. It has a lot of cardiovascular equipment in the middle of the gym. A small dumbbell and EZ bar area, a few Smith machines and a good amount of other weight machines. There is an abs and stretching area, a circuit training sections, and another section with battle ropes and other body weight exercise aids.
