Childcare here is aweful. Wouldn't let me pick up my own kids and gave me plenty of trouble checking them in.. If you want a good gym go to sat toga freedom fitness.. Those guys rock!.... more
I really enjoyed going to the flex gym it was all I really needed. I would go mainly just to walk. it It was such a convenient location. So sad it closed.. I signed up for a year-long program with trainer and nutritionist .... more
Plus: The teachers are great! Negative: They will take your money, by saying you owe. Had to pay $180 and quit it was embarrassing I've been with them for a long time. When I looked back in my account, not only have I payed them, they are still charging me! Went to talk to them, they lost their computer with the information.... more
