I participated in the 6 week challenge and although I had to part ways for my own personal reasons. I want everyone to know more about this program and its instructors. Jumping back into working out again, I was anxious, I had my doubts. I was met with the most positive support team, members and trainers alike. They took time to correct my form to make sure I was getting the most of my workout. The meal plan was simple and flexible, I was allowed to make mistakes without fear of shame, we kept it real. I learned tools to reach my goal while keeping my life true to me! I learned a balance and how to achieve my goals on my own terms, with the great backing of a wonderful team. Highly recommend this fitness guide, and their team. 100%
