This place makes it impossible cancel memberships. I signed up, and canceled within 10 days with a written cancelation form, and they continued billing me for the next 3 months. I went to the location in person 4 times requesting a manager and was constantly told nobody was available and to leave a written message. Each time they claimed they didn't have my messages. I called an additional 5 times during a 2 week span and again was never able to be put in touch with a manager. I finally disputed the charges on my bank account, and still wasn't able to get refunded because they fought my bank. The entire time, I've never received a single call back from the YMCA to discuss the issue.
