I have been going to this gym for well over a year. Yoga, pole, and strength training. You want it, they got it. I even had a massage once. The instructors are amazing. Always ready to be there and help you. I have moved across the county and everytime I'm in CS I come back for a class or two.
Trevor has a clean and functional gym. Equipment is easily accessible even with others training at the same time. IFBCS is a comfortable environment for people of all skill/ability levels. Trevor goes out of his way to be friendly to everyone working out, whether training with him or not. Fun, Upbeat and Encouraging Environment!!
If your looking for a place to get in shape in a great environment look know further! You are not just another corporate head count here.. Trevor cares about each one of his clients and will help you stay motivated along your personal journey... put the Doritos down, get off the couch, call Trevor and change your life.
I attended Innovative Fitness for about five months and I absolutely loved it! It was a small gym, but everyone there (trainers, members, and owners) had the biggest hearts for health, fitness, and getting stronger. They constantly encouraged me when I needed it. It was a bit pricey, but very much worth it in the sense that you get advice, encouragement, feedback, a judgment-free zone, and many different classes to choose from. I definitely recommend it.
Had an incredible time at innovative fitness this past summer. Everyone is kind, helpful, and want to see you succeed. A variety of workouts that any one can do, workouts a well explained and demonstrated by all the Trainers, like Lexi and Bailey. The people who attend classes at the gym are kind and motivation. A good gym atmosphere has been creating where everyone in constantly improving and learning. Glad I joined this gym 11/10 would recommend.
Knowledgeable and courteous trainers. Real hospitality. Not only are they truly invested in your success, they have developed a culture that nurtures, drives, and achieves success for everyone regardless of age, race, gender, BMI, experience, etc. Unfortunately I did have to cancel due to unforeseen financial constraints. Sent an email and was contacted within 2 days, typical of a small business. When I signed up for my membership I was given an auto-pay option that saved me $ month to month on my annual contract. Additionally I purchased a key fob for a 1 time fee and haven't ever had an access problem during non-staffed hours. The only negative thing were some trainers with attitudes and behaviors that did not seem to fit within the culture of positivity. Especially the one prancing around in tacky lingerie... Not sure what that was about. When I complained (there were children present!) they assured me it would no longer be an issue. Within 4 months I lost 16 inches, 30 lbs, and feel amazing. Really regret having to cancel.

I have learned so much about being, staying, and eating healthy, and have a whole new outlook on my health, and those of my children. We love the personal training, and the FAMILY feeling every day when we come in! Keep up the greatness!!!

Their yoga classes are probably the best price in town and they have many classes to choose from. The classes also aren't very big so thats a plus. They are very nice when you enter and are always very helpful. Plus your first class is free so you can see how much you'll love it. Definitely a 5 star facility.

Awesome gym to work out in, everyone is friendly and the gym is very clean. The trainers are very knowledgeable and really push you. Will be back for sure!

I love it! I always look forward to working out here! They have a well-rounded selection of classes and the coaches there are always supportive and constantly motivate you to challenge yourself

Innovative fitness is a great place and the people truly care about you and your progress. Only reason I left is that their class schedules werent compatible with mine between working full time grave yard shifts and going ti school. I recommend this place to anyone.
I love it! So many awesome classes offered! And all included in the one monthly fee! The instructors are just awesome! Couldn't ask for more! I am new to yoga but you MUST try the yoga offered at Innovative Fitness. Best gym I've been to yet!!

I love their hot yoga classes! My friend asked me to give it a try and I'm glad I did. The instructors know what they're doing and I always felt welcome at Innovative. Definitely recommend!
