I had a few items with quality issues that I was told I could return/exchange over the phone with their customer service reps, but I tried to take them into the store to make it easier and they wouldn't accept any of it. The girl was very rude about it and acted like she could care less. I was also told to try one of the pairs on to prove to them that they are sheer when I squat and bend over. That is NOT okay and made me very uncomfortable. You should not be telling customers to do such a thing. Was able to return all the items over the phone, but this store was ridiculous. I have never had these issues with any of the stores in Dallas. Don't go here. It's a showroom anyways so not even worth it. Very disappointed.
Although this is a showroom instead of a full store, this store has the same quality of all the full stores I've been to! The owner was incredibly nice and helpful! Her dog was there which made the experience fun. The only downsides are that, because they're a showroom, they are only open Thurs-Sat and they don't always have everything in stock. Can't wait for a full lulu store to come to CStat!
The dressing rooms in this store are very dark and the curtains to the dressing rooms do not close well. I'm not inclined to buy $150+ pants when I can't even see myself properly in them. And after my most recent trip to the store, I will not be returning to this location again due to the poor customer service.To sum it up, I left the store in tears. For this price point I expect exceptional service like I receive at Kendra Scott and Nordstrom.
