The coaches are great and the kids program is bettee and more hands on than the competition. This place has Longorias beat hands down

Amazing gym great workouts that will really put butt in to gear. You could not ask for a better trainer/coach. Carl Perry is the best in town! I highly highly highly recommend this gym weather you are just starting out or have been doing it for years. Go give it a try what can it hurt. You will not regret it!!!!!
