Great environment to get in shape, they are attentive to everyone in each class, and really care about getting people in shape. Lots of good class times to fit anyone's schedule.

I dropped in at Heroes CF for two days while in town and I'm bummed that I didn't have more time to workout here. From the moment I walked in the door, the owners, Josh and (Kendal? sorry!), and all the other members were friendly and professional. The workouts were just what I needed, the facility was exceptionally clean, and the gear was all in great condition. I'm a coach myself, and I noticed the close attention the staff paid to all athletes in their facility, keeping everyone honest and safe. While the exterior is unassuming, the gym inside is a truly fantastic and inviting community and I would recommend it to anyone.
