The price is great but you're going to get what you pay for, treadmills are always breaking down, and the personal trainers are somewhat kind of creepy. Plus they're going out of business they are the last flexfit gym on the market theyve been tooken over by freedom fitness, so when they close their doors which will be soon you'll be left wondering what the hell, and how do I get my money back. Good luck with that one.

what can I say... I have ran over 17 gyms on three continents and I love this gym. it has great employees and customers. the equipment its great though it is lacking a old school flat bench I was informed that is changing shortly.. in the mean time it has some rouge fitness racks like all the pros use not and you can flat bench without issue.

Went into sign up for a membership on a Saturday. Stood in the front for 10 minutes ... finally when the girl came out gave me a tour. Was the quickest tour ever. She proceeded to show me the kids room with the lights off. Hmmm ...

I want to thank Maggie for working hard to get a billing issue straight down now I only wish that she could bring her expertise to Round Rock but will have to suffer suffer without her but enjoy her in Cedar Park it's great

Scam. Bait and switch marketing tactics. Hidden $30 annual fee. Hidden $30 cancellation fee. Broken machines. Dirty facility. Employees are trained more in how to handle cancellations than actually doing their jobs. None of them every answer the phone. The company they use to process their monthly payments will occasionally say "they couldn't charge the account" and then charge you $30 two days later, which miraculously goes through. They make you take a photo in the beginning so they can use it as blackmail when you try and cancel.
Go somewhere else. It's not worth $9.95 a month. And no contracts is a lie. Dirty disgusting corporation. These people are a scam. Companies like this should be out of business within the first year. Don't believe me? Look at their BBB and CFPB complaints.

Tanning, child care, guest passes, and some free classes, all for about $20 a month.....doesn't get any better than this. The personal trainers there are amazing. I've been doing group classes with the fitness director, Fernando, and the results are exceptional. And for a great price too. Overall, great experience!

I have been coming here for almost 4 years. I love this gym. Great for the price. I also can get in and out without having to fight the crowds of the major gyms. All the regulars are very friendly and encouraging. I will keep coming back!

Very margnal gym. If all you care about is a simple workout, this is prolly the place. But if you'd like all of the equipment to be clean and fully operational, not your place. Clicking elliptical machines, dirty universal machines, water fountains that hardly work, etc. If you are a Fox News junkie, they have Fox on two of the 6 working TVs.....and no other news. I mean, I know it's Cedar Park but only Fox News and on 2 channels? S

Worst experience I have ever had with a gym. Canceled back in July . said i have to pay a cancelation fee to cancel? I never signed a contract and was never told about a cancel fee. They keep trying to charge me for monthly membership fees eventhough when I call them they have said three different times that im cleared out and dont owe anything but they wont send me proof of this. Then next time i call them they say i owe them. This company should be prosecuted for fraud!!! Run from flex fit bunch of liars. Billy C

I joined this gym in corpus and seeing as I travel, I came to check out the Flex Fit here in Austin. It is just as amazing as the rest. I have had more than one person come with me and get a first free training... they're now members themselves. Stay Fit My Friends.

I've seen improvements at Flex Fit while I've been a member the last few years. For the price, you can't beat it. Treat the staff and gym with respect, and you will get respect back.

Worst place ever! So unprofessional and completely rude! Couldn't even get anyone to help me! Their payment service stole my credit card number TWICE! Cancellation fee is ridiculous! HATE this place! Don't recommend it to anyone!
