The training program was rigid and sometimes the people who taught us were rude and demeaning. I thought I would be able to teach for Sunstone, but didn't meet their "stiff" requirements. They told me I could come back and retest, but decided it wasn't worth it. It turns out, even if I had passed all the tests, I would have had to teach 33 classes for them for free!!! No pay. Then, if you make it that far, you must attend hours and hours of "continuing education" every year to remain an "eligible" teacher. Exhausting. And I've also heard from current teachers, that they don't always pay on time and do all they can to not pay their teachers the commissions they deserve. I'm still a little mad about speding $3000 and not being good enough to teach for them, but in the end, I think I may have dodged a bullet.
