The gym facilities are good, and the staff is friendly enough, but they really struggle with running the business professionally. After calling and leaving voicemails for more than a month trying to cancel my membership, I finally was able to reach someone. They assured me that they would cancel my membership, but I discovered that they didn't actually do anything when the next month's charges appeared on my credit card bill. Now (once again after repeatedly calling to get in contact with them) they've said that they cancelled my membership again, but I'm STILL waiting on a written confirmation they promised to send me.
The manager explicitly told me that they don't check voicemail because they're understaffed, so don't make the same mistake I did in thinking they would take calls seriously! In the end, I've been charged for two months I haven't been able to use simply because they don't follow through with any requests. Hopefully they've actually done what they promised this time, but I guess I'll have to wait for next month's credit card bill to know for sure!
