Very good staff and well maintained.
Decent gym but the pool needs a lot more chlorine, the carpeting in the men's changing room needs to be tossed out and replaced with tile (it's pretty gross and smells like old socks), and the gym needs to develop exercise classes that more closely reflects the community. As it stands, this gym is geared towards senior citizens. The group fit classes are all for the 65+ crowd and the scheduling is done in such a way as to prevent younger professionals from taking part in anything remotely close to what they might want to take. How about a crossfit class that meets 3x times/week from 7:30-8:30pm?
Nice club. But, you must have a Texas driver's license to be a member. Even if you own a property and live there, if you don't have a Texas driver's license you can't be a member. Real ID makes this impossible for multiple house owners in multiple states...
Wow, this place is amazing and such a great deal for us Addison residents. I'm keep thinking there is a catch, but there isnt one to be found! No free bench or squat racks, that I know of, but all in all a fantastic facility with a great staff.
I love this gym! While it doesn't have nearly enough free weights for my preference, the equipment they do have is fantastic! The facility is always clean & orderly & I love their indoor track. If you are an Addison resident, this gym is a must!

Wonderful town-owned athletic center with many special events for residents of all ages. Well equipped with weight, and cardio equipment. Free for Addison residents (must prove residency with drivers license and property tax receipt or apartment lease). Excellent personal trainers.

Amazing gym. They have everything and are in a unique building. Not usually too crowded
Great value for $10 and some paperwork.
Very bad customer service with this young lady. Came to renew my membership and when she was finished taking all of my information she told me your all set but she never gave me my membership card and she said well you need to look for it or pay $10.00 for a replacement card.

Free weights are lacking. Other fitness equipment is pretty standard for a community gym
If you're a meathead, you probably won't be satisfied with this facility as it has no squat rack, no bench press, no calf raise machine, and no large weights to attach to a long 40lb bar.
However, for the casual gym-goer and elderly this gym works perfectly.
I'm using it as a temporary gym as my work gym is being renovated and I'm completely satisfied with it minus the fact that I won't be able to squat for 2 months (RIP leg gains).
Its a nice facility that is just barley starting to show its age as its over 10 years old. It like it, but competitive lifters need to look elswhere.
My place for working out. If you live in addison its $10 a year. Its exensive if not $8 a day. But the pool,gym and amenities are really good.
