The staff of Integrity Martial Arts have made my morning bootcamp experience so fun. I have done 3 weeks in the 6:30am bootcamp and the workouts have been so different and varied it keeps me on my toes!
I have already began to see results from it. I initially just thought karate would be a bunch of kicks and yelling, but I have been surprised by what I have learned so much. Especially how to protect myself as a woman.
