This is one of my favorite planet fitness is to visit they are so nice and the facility is very clean.

I like going to this gym when I'm able to go. It's DARK in there so people don't stare as much, there's a lot of equipment so you don't have to awkwardly wait, & just the overall atmosphere is super great. I feel comfortable sweating there, because people aren't weirdly looking at you, & I feel like I can really push myself without getting weirded out as a female. As a female, I feel safe there compared to other gym institutions. This place is awesome. I'd definitely recommended. The only thing is I'm not a fan of the location, the gym feels safe, however the parking lot doesn't. Just do more exercising & run to your car afterwards haha.

First let me start by saying I love planet fitness as a company, but this location is poorly uneducated on service dogs and have been giving me access issues. I recommend going to another location if you have a service animal and be aware this place illegally turns away service animals marked as "in training" on their vest. Also bring a bowl even if your service dog is water fountain trained they will pull you aside and grill you over it. The access issue was the final straw for me since 75% of service dog training is done while on duty in public its illegal to turn away in training service dogs as long as you have your service dog under control. If you don't train them in public they never learn how to work in public..... Sad such an inclusive company is burdened with uneducated staff....

Going for the big 5 star here. Always clean. Plenty of open space and machinery to go around. Speaking of machinery there is a hood selection to use. Only complaints I have are about some of the other members and their guests. But none of it is a reflection on the staff and management at this location. Overall, for the first time in my life, I am excited and genuinely look forward to going to a gym thanks to this location!

Just tough to rate any higher with the constant issues here. From two weeks of inoperable lights in the gym to limited deep cleaning in the showers and locker rooms. I've visited nearly 30 Planet Fitness gyms over the last three years and find this one to be below Planet Fitness standards. The staff is very friendly and clean the common areas. However the mens locker sadly to say is just horrible. There seems to be mold in the showers and the stench is appalling. Unfortunately with my 40 minute commute I routinely visit this gym as well as the Village on the green and Frisco. I usually see other PF gym scrubbing and wet mopping their gyms. Not so much here. I will say this gym has a very nice selection of equipment vs others. Also, within 3 months I've seen 3 or 4 members get injured from faulty equipment. Definitely a hit or miss here. Just needs some care to get it back in shape.

I went this Friday night to tan... Someone's eye protection sticker was stuck on the bed with their lotion and sweat smeared. Why would you send me to a room if you've yet to clean it? Absolutely disgusting.

I love that it's never crowded when I go. Day or night. I just go in get my workout on and go home. Love the atmosphere

Many machines to choose from. Cleanliness of the place, and friendly staff. I just wish you guys would have trash bins for recycling. Being the fact that most people bring water bottles, or protein shake bottles etc... they should be recycled. I like the convenience of paying for stuff using my card on file, and being that I'm an Airline Pilot, I like having the ability to use all Planet Fitness gyms around the country. Its certainly worth the price of admission.

The equipment is usually well maintained, and they have a great personal trainer, who doesn't cost extra. All in all, it's a good gym, that's fairly cheap.

Very simple gym but perfect for me! I like to just go work out and go home and occasionally get a massage in the chair or hydromassage bed. Great price!

If I could less stars I would, never been treated so poorly by management staff, tanning beds NEVER CLEANED, rude personnel and overall the worse experience I have ever had from a workout facility!
Emailed the district manager and the corporate office and as expected... NO RESPONSE?
DO NOT JOIN, MY BUDDY HAS HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE... To Bad, was close to work and home and now have to drive further.

Nice equipment. The gym is kept pretty clean. I am not a fan of their treadmills because they are not user friendly when trying to so sprints, nor are their stairmill good for interval training. The staff was always nice and professional when I attended.

Very clean, the people keep to themselves. No one bothers you. I have only gone in the evenings, parkings can be a bit stiff at times but you can always find a machine to get on no problem. For 25 a month you get all the amenities. And you get to bring a friend for free every time you go. They can only use the machines but still, its free. They have cheaper plans as well.

I have been going to this location since they opened. I love how the equipment is setup in the gym. Staff is nice. They do have a lot of turnover but every person that is hired is extremely friendly. I moved away from the area 20 minutes out. When I get the chance I make the drive to come to this location.

I transferred my membership from my Fort Worth location when I moved. I finally got in yesterday to visit the new location and I was impressed. A lot of machines, nice set up and friendly staff.

Only gripe is people use the circuit training room and are not circuit training. Then they will not move when you need the machine. Definitely a lot of people "all about the me", zero courtesy for others.

A fantastic facility and wonderful, knowledgeable staff. The front desk walked me through the first visit process thoroughly with professionalism and ease. They were able to check other guests in while giving me a full verbal tour of the facility. The equipment is nice and clean and repairs are taken care of quickly. The low cost and no commitment options really set this gym apart from others, but their level of expertise and friendliness sets it above the competition. They really live up to their non-judgemental policies

The staff is friendly and the facility is well maintained. I like how they're constantly cleaning the machines and women's locker room. The temperature is nice a cold as well, which is how a gym should feel. I say if you're cold, then you're not working out!

This is more of a review for corporate. I recently moved, and of course, planet fitness locations are very limited. There isn't one near my new place, so i called to cancel and they say i can't cancel by phone. This was before the 25th of may, and my yearly fee hits on June 1. So i tried to transfer my membership to a gym closer to my new place at the advice of the staff member i spoke with on the phone, even though it's still 30 minutes away in haltom city. It takes three days for a transfer to compete. I drive all the way out to halton city on a work day to cancel my membership, and ask if they are able to refund my yearly fee because obviously, I'm not going to use my membership this whole year. They say i have to talk to my old location. Really??!? So i call corporate and ask them if this is possible and explain my situation. They weren't at all flexible. Just a flat out "no." For being a black card member, I'd expect way better treatment. This brand doesn't know what it is to deal with humans who actually have lives to lead. Their locations are scarce and their policy to cancel in person is ancient. I would not recommend joining based on my experience. I think I'd rather work out at home and save my money. Highly disappointed.

Price is not clear. There is an extra 80$ per year in fees at least. I just want to work out for a reasonable price. Guess this is not the place for me.

Friendly staff, clean environment and definitely no judgement zone!! Trainer is going eat too, great 30 minute sweat!
