People there are really friendly and everyone is welcoming here. There is never a feeling that you don't belong there. The kickboxing is a great workout and you leave feeling awesome

Love this place! I drive all the way from Allen to train/workout. The MMA beginners lesson is great - learn self defense technique as well. MMA Cardio Blast and Fitness Boxing classes are tough - guaranteed to break out in a sweat. The Kickboxing 101 is also lots of fun!
This place is an excellent mix of martial arts and fitness. I think the trainer is very nice and really knows his stuff. When I'm ready I am going to sign up for the wing chun gung fu classes. Right now I'm going into the MMA based fitness class
