Just commemorated 2 years at this box. CrossFit Brownsville has made me a more fit and healthier version of me. The wods are varied, challenging and fun. The coaching staff is knowledgeable and relatable. I recommend this box to anyone, any age or level of fitness.
I love this gym and the people there. The coaches are exceptional and professional. They really listen and tailor the workout to your needs and fitness level. David the owner is especially flexible and understanding. They fit your on ramp workouts to your schedule. There is a really cool full body scan that is state of the art and gives you a full breakdown of your body composition and helps track your progress. All in all I highly recommend this gym. Worth every penny!

We dropped in twice over the weekend; the staff was welcoming and the atmosphere was friendly. We participated in two great WODs with lots of good information and great coaching! Definitely stop by if you have the chance!

This is not the place for experienced crossfiters looking to drop-in during vacation. After telling me over the phone they accept drop-ins, the coach said, "You know what, we have a small box, and I'm just not interested in you disrupting our classes".
