I LOVE CRUNCH FITNESS BECAUSE IT IS A SECOND HOME FOR ME. IT IS A BOMB SETTING TO BE AT, AND I LOVE THE GOOD VIBE AND MOTIVATION IT GIVES TO ME EVERY TIME I WALK IN THERE.

Classes are good but some too short, the gym restrooms are always very dirty there is hardly any maintenance. When I signed as a member I got the no contract plan and signed, the girl did not explain to me all information regarding this plan and also lied about no yearly fee and that they were never gonna charge my card, when I clearly said I was only gonna pay cash but she needed one in my account to sign up, but they did charge 99$ including a late fee for not paying on time when she clearly explained I didn't have to pay if I stopped going because I was under no contract. Story short,lack of info, lies to get you too sign and bad customer service. When I addressed the manager he was rude I told him at the beginning that I wasn't looking for any refunds that I just wanted to tell him my story so he could speak to his crew to prevent this in the future and he blamed me for not reading the contract and for believing what the representative told me. Bad experience

Nice gym has all the equipment you would need but its on the smaller side. I wouldn't shower in the locker rooms however. This place does not have a basketball court and a swimming pool so keep that in mind when signing up. Staff is great otherwise

All new equipment. Only a few more bucks than the economy gym across the street but worth every dollar because its not as crowded as the gym across the street.
Not to mention, staff here are rather friendly! Additionally, the hydro massage bed leads to a nice finishing touch from a good work out.

Gym is 24 hrs from Monday to Thursday. For a beginner like me it has all these machines with a little explanation of how to use them. Most of the staff is really nice.

This place could use better music playlists, or keep the extra room's volume lower, bass especially, than the rest of the gym. Advice: Bring headphones I guess.

This gym is the only one I've ever attended to, and I plan to stay like that. It's absolutely magnificent, and the brand new equipment is superb! I always am very comfortable when going and feel like I can actually perform at my max when I'm here rather than when I work out at home. Lovely staff as well! :)

I like this gym because is open 24 hours on weekdays so is good for that ones who work late. Also, the instructors and staff are very I mean VERY friendly and helpful with the customers.. keep that way and a reasonable price and you will be on the top!!! Good way to start!

Best gym in Brownsville, yes its small, but it has everything you need to get a great workout. Equipment is always available and not all over the place.

I love this gym! They just recently open this month and to be honest I didn't know if I should jump from Golds Gym to Crunch but I'm glad I made the right choice... Crunch is very affordable, they sale waters protein bars and more... they have Crunch kids(daycare)... variety of group classes... and the machines are amazing they even have a separate little side to do rope and more stuff... this gym is loaded with amazing equipment, what else do you want!? I totally recommend it! Great staff by the way!
