This is a great place to get a good quality workout in a short amount of time. The owners Gil and Diane are helpful, friendly, and care about their clients. They also do a very good job of keeping everything clean. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Great gym. Nice and helpful instructors. Clean facilities. Very family oriented and welcoming to all levels of fitness. I will and would recommend to a friend.

Good, clean facilities and really tough workouts that will definitely make you sweat. I will NOT be returning there, however, because of the disrespectful owner of the establishment, Raul, I believe. I felt absolutely GROSS and even SCARED at how this "man" would not stop looking at me and checking me out. This is supposed to be a center to work on personal health, but I'd rather take my business elsewhere if I can't even be comfortable while working out.
A girlfriend of mine who used to go here also commented on how inappropriately "friendly" the owner of the business is.
What a shame, too, we had finally gotten some variety in the valley.
