I expected a lot when I walked in their door in October 2017 and they surpassed those expectations! The trainers are students of their craft, they have cultivated an inviting culture, are aggressively priced, and consistent "results-driven" workouts that are tailored to each person's abilities. Whether you are just starting out (again) like I was, an elite athlete, rehabbing an injury, want to compete in lifting, or enjoy a family-friendly gym--this is your place.

The equipment and space are perfect for the service they offer. The people that it attracts are friendly. The only down side is the instruction - it's lacking in that it's not very thorough - otherwise this place would be five stars

Great place, great the environment, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the equipment is great and there's lots of it, and the atmosphere that the place has just makes you want to workout.
