Best place ever for Lamar students.
Best place ever for Lamar students.
A good place with more than just benches and free weights. They could use more free weights and more row machines. Someone got angry because I used the row machine for more than 20 minutes and the other one was occupied. Their track is a good place to run and you can watch people play sports below. They have good equipment. They also have a large basketball area, some racquet ball courts, and changing rooms and showers. You need to show your student id to get access to it all.

Overall decent - good gym. If you plan to do any sort of lifting (machine or free weight) expect to wait on other people

This building sucks, it has more rules then the concentration camp I came from, no hats, only basketball shorts allowed on gym equipment, and you have to be a student to get in which makes sense, but you can't bring a friend on like a one day guest pass. Lame. Lamar overall just sucks, half the campus is under construction anyways. Don't go here if you don't have to.
