I love going to workout at Planet Fitness. I feel no stress to work out . I go at my own pace because there is more than enough equipment for all the members to use in their workout.

Nice and clean gym. Plenty of equipment. Rarely have to wait for something. Could use more leg lift/dip equipment. Nice cardio equipment with easy touch buttons on the handles so you don't have to reach up to the screen at a high incline run. They let people talk on their phones very loudly while working out though. It is a distraction even with my ear buds in. Could definitely use improvement in the men's showers. The showers are small, not very clean and no shelf to put soap and shampoo on. You have to put it on the dirty floor. If it weren't for the showers and loud talking I would have given it 5 stars.

The staff greet you by first name each visit. The equipment is always clean and in working condition. The locker room is always tidy and clean. Great club.

I love the friendly greetings, but on two occasions ask teach me the proper way of turning on the total body one say , I will be there show up afters the fact I'm tanning, no vibration going. Second, I asked again , I was told directions this push twice then start nothing this time just tanning.

I love how the hours allow me to go at any time day or night when the urge hits. I also love the vast amount of machines consistently available.

The staff is super amazing and sweet. The price is awesome and it has everything I need for an amazing workout. The only bad thing is it doesnt offer fun classes like Zumba or kickboxing

I really enjoy going to this gym. Staff is friendly. Positive atmosphere, users mind their own business, plenty of machines to do cardio. Clean restrooms. There even is an area to do express weights. If you want to join, they have a special till 08/26.

1 star and maybe a half, let's see I would say about half the members wipe the equipment down when they are done the other half like to be on the phone, not allowing others to use equipment, even though there are signs that say use phones in lobby only the employees there doing in force these rules, causing the good members to no longer go there.

Everyone at the Beaumont, Tx gym is so helpful and kind!! Also, everything is very clean, and the music is really nice! I feel very comfortable working out there, due to the atmosphere that has been created!!!

No hassle work outs with friendly, helpful staff. Free personal training. There is an upgraded membership with extra perks like tanning and sales discounts. Rows of cardio machines. No jump ropes, elastic bands, trx machines.

Pros: Clean, friendly, close to home. Cons: Music is not very diverse and not loud enough to hear. PF should add a stair climber machine and more newer up to date workout machines as well. The gym also would be better if it was more spacious. Other than the cons I enjoy working out here and it is very cost efficient.

The staff is always helpful and very welcoming every time you walk through the doors. The facility is large and has plenty of equipment so you don't have to wait around when trying to workout. It is also always clean and well kept.

I love that the gym is comfortable for all sizes. It isn't crowded. It's always clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Definitely made the right choice getting a membership here.

Everyone who works at PF in Beaumont is so nice. They are answer all my questions and treat me so nicely. The gym is always clean and I appreciate all of their hard work to keep it nice.

I love the atmosphere, the wide variety of exercise machines, and the awesome and friendly trainer. Now they just need childcare, lol.

Two Massage chairs have been broken & out of service for 3 weeks. Two exercise bikes also have been out for 3 weeks. The two water massage beds were out for at least 1 week.
Does anyone including the owner even care? If you wont repair the broken equipment, at the very least it could be removed to make space for other working equipment. This is starting to feel like a rip off gym.

I enjoy going to Planet Fitness. I have been a member for about a year and a half. All staff members are always friendly and greet you with a smile and thank you for coming when leaving. I mainly use the treadmill area and I have always been able to find available equipment at any time of the day. Sometime it can be a little to hot for my liking but I live in Texas, and if you are not complaining about the weather than you do not have a heartbeat. I cannot tell you about the men's locker room but the the ladies locker room is large enough for several women all at one time to get ready for their work day. Showers and restrooms are clean. I would highly recommend Planet Fitness to anyone looking for a workout center.

Started going there under doctor's orders. I have lost perhaps 45 pounds since I started. The staff there is amazing, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Not bad. Small showers. Surprisingly busy at 12 in the morning. Not crowded, just more folks than I've seen at any other ones at that time.

My experience at Planet Fitness was a good one. Upon signing up the young lady was friendly and helpful. She gave us a tour and answered all our questions. We would go early every morning for about a year. Sometimes twice a day. The facility is clean and we were always greeted with a good morning and left hearing have a great day. Was a really good start to our day.

Service was great, but that's about it. I'm happy for the convenience of being a visitor for a week. The equipment is very limited, so watch out for the guys that sit on the Smith machine for 20 reps.

My home Planet Fitness is closed for repair from Hurricane Harvey so I used this location. There were plenty of machines available, even though it was a peak time. Very nice people running the gym.

Been a member here for two years. It started off really clean and maintained, now the woman bathrooms are horrible. It's like the toilets haven't been cleaned for months. They may need to hire outside cleaners w/the yearly fee we pay in October. Just a thought.
