My 3 young girls have been coming here for over a year now, and it's really come to be like a family. The instructors are wonderful with kids. I love knowing that my daughters are getting the benefits of cardio and strength training, developing self-respect and discipline, and becoming strong and more able to defend themselves.

My 14 yr old son has been training here for several months and it has been a great experience. Andy is very attentive and patient in his teaching. My son's confidence has soared and he is learning self-discipline. This is more like a close knit family. So glad we found them!

I love this place. Been training here since April 2018 and it has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Andy is an amazing and talented instructor who goes in depth with every technique and breaks it down for anyone to understand. Training bjj under Andy has given me a new sense of confidence and thanks to him I feel like I can except any challenge life throws at me. I appreciate everything he has done for me.

Started out with my 5 and 7 year old sons training a little over a year ago, then my 12 year old daughter started about 3 months ago. My wife started the cardio kickboxing classes about a month ago and I started jiu jitsu about 2 months ago. Can't say enough about this place. It's changed our entire Family!!! Awesome group of folks here.

My family has been going here since Nov. 2015 and we love it. My kids enjoy going and feel a part of a team. They learn to face fears and confidence and the coaches care about each person they train. I highly recommend GCFS for training. Train with the best!
