I've been coming to this location for about four years, not the biggest selection of equipment but I feel it compensates with cleanliness and less traffic, which allows you to be able to use the equipment (generally) when you want it. I've developed some really good friendships through the years with staff, trainers and fellow gym members, would definitely recommend, not the cheapest gym, not the most expensive either.

If there is less than a star I will give it to them. They have bad services. Every month they try to get me to pay it. And my contract is over and every time I try to communicate with them tell me a new story trying to take money from people This is what they did with me two months ago and I try to cancel the contract with them him trying to pull money from me

First off let me say that in the course of about 7 months of going to this gym i froze my account after the first month because I work out of state a lot, management told me that the freeze was good until i got back. Tough noodles to me their freeze is not until i get back so these guys send me voicemails saying I owe $150. HA. Yeah, okay.

They have less equipment than Planet Fitness for 9 times the price and 2 times the people.

Good gym; small and clean with nice staff. Con- Limited amount of certain types of equipment, the financial service they use for billing is a huge pain when you are trying to end your membership
I think the gym and the people that works there they have a humble Spirit about they sell and they will work with you and everybody so kind I like them and they don't mind answering a question it anytime if they don't know they will get somebody else to help you I think they have a good manager that's over the facility and there is a lady there that she's a great night she sits there with a smile and she don't mind helping you and I would give another I'm not going to give her name but she know who she is I think she I think God brought her there to do the work that she does she have a humbling spirit thank you very much.
