I started at Golden Triangle Yoga thinking what I needed was to improve my flexibility and balance. What I realized after joining was that I needed so much more. My balance and flexibility did improve, but what I really gained was so much more significant: community, a means of processing my emotions, strength: both physical and mental, I could go on and on. Was it always easy? No. Was it always convenient? No. But things of true value seldom are. I will forever be grateful to Jessica and the community at GTY. My life has been enriched in ways I can never express enough thanks for.

The atmosphere at the studio is one of a kind. I enjoy every second that I am there. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this is the place for you. The instructors are thorough and the classes are great. I feel like a new person when I leave.

This studio is truly an oasis. Jessica, the owner, has created a place in deep east Texas to learn authentic yoga rooted in the ancient wisdom. The studio is beautiful and the asana taught is safe and effective. You recognize immediately how this studio transmits a strong yoga tradition.

Left feeling worse than when I came. I have been doing yoga for about a year and have taken classes in Denver, Tulsa, and a few other areas. This was by far the worst class I have ever taken. Before class started, I asked how much a drop-in would be and was told not to worry about my first class. After class was done and the owner realized I didn't want to buy a package, she charged me $20 for the class. The instructor was not clear in her direction and I didn't feel relaxed, worked out, or any sort of benefit. The room looked nice but was very cold. Good customer service would've made the waste of time less frustrating.

The studio is beautiful, relaxing, and fills you with a sense of peace. The owner, Jessica Depew, is a flawless woman and a phenomenal teacher! Another great instructor at the studio, Melissa Watkins, gives great lessons that you cannot help but walk away from, feeling like a great weight has been lifted. You can tell how much they genuinely want to help each and every student on their path to health and wellness. I recommend Golden Triangle Yoga to anyone who wants to learn the true value and meaning of Yoga.
Namaste.
