Looks like a great HardCore gym. However the hours say they open at 5am but they really don't open up until 8am?? How does anybody that has to be at work at 8 or 9am workout in the morning? I didn't get the opportunity to lift there. I drove 20 mins one way to discover it was closed. There was no sign on the door stating the real hours so I waited around for 20-30 min and left. I'm not from the area but any gym that's not open at LEAST by 6am is a joke in my opinion!
Lay back , good environment, quiet except the days they have boxing training, empty, good place to workout.

Old school gym, low ceilings, used equipment, boxing ring, heavy bags, and speed bags. Its perfect.
This is where i started my fitness journey. everyone is so welcoming and so willing to help one progress to better themselves. they got me started and for that i thank them!
This is one sweeeet old skool gym!Metal plates,vintage machines, all working and double sets of dumbbells.Some good lifters,male and female,no attitudes peeps sharing,spotting,they even have a boxing ring in this place.Five buks to train and Chris at the front door couldn't be nicer.You want a no nonsense get your pump on gym?You found it.
The equipment and building could be maintained a little better but its a small gym, it's hardly overcrowded and they only accept cash. If you prefer controlled environments then go to the 24 hour fitness which is not that far of a drive from it. This gym is only a few minute drive from my place so i value time spent traveling vs the higher quality gym. The gym is so small you will start to recognize faces in there and may make a friend or two.
