the best gym in town.Good luck trying to cancel your membership with them without being charged for extra fees/ months. Not only do they charge 3-4x other gym memberships per month with most classes being an extra fee, they will try and rob you for extra fees when you leave.... more

Always have a good practice when I go. I do the afternoon classes and I always feel better afterwards, and I feel valued as a regular..Good workout, good classmates.they call it "donation based", but it's a "mandatory set fee 'donation'".... more

Lost Creek is a nice course. Play it and you understand why they call it Lost Creek. It is a demanding course, with a lot of wild growth on every hole. Very nice club house. Greens were above average and fairways in good shape.... more

This class is not for everyone, but worth a few tries. I find it very challenging, and a bit on the tortuous side, but it is a quick and efficient whole body workout. I do feel a sense of accomplishment that it's not quite so difficult for me as it was at first.... more
