Have been a member at this gym for almost 2 years and still love it just as much as I did on day 1! There are amazing coaches who put athletes' safety and abilities as a number one priority, all while still challenging each person to push themselves. This place has an amazing community of people who care about each other.

TrainLifeFit is different than any other gym I have ever experienced. Their entire team is detail oriented and patient. They design their workouts to focus on form and connection, how to do each movement correctly and what each movement is supposed to feel like. I am encouraged to constantly communicate with my coach what I am feeling, and in return they give me tweaks and adjustments to my form until all of my muscles are locked in and working exactly how they should be. The focus on connection and form has lead to gains in all of my lifts. The amazing community of people at TLF supported and encouraged my every step of the way. They even helped me to train and compete in my first powerlifting competition, something I had never dreamed of doing before starting at TLF. They even have a powerlifting club to help people at any stage in the sport! I feel stronger now that I ever have before.
But I didn't always feel strong. When I first came to TLF, I could barely lift my left arm up above my head due to an injury in high school. After a 1 hour session with Trigger, she had unlocked my shoulder and gave me more mobility in that joint than I have had in years. A year and a half later, after 1:1 sessions and numerous classes with Nick and Kila, I am able to not only lift both arms above my head, I have also built up more shoulder strength than I ever thought possible.
I cannot recommend TLF enough! Everything about this gym is so much more than a gym, I am so thankful I just happened to stumble upon them.

I have been working with Kila at TrainLifeFit for several months and it has been a great experience! She was able to meet me where I was and create fun and challenging exercises for me. Also, the gym really focuses on educating WHY we're doing the exercises we're doing so I'm learning as I go along. 10/10 would recommend!

When I contacted TrainLifeFit, I was not sure exactly what I wanted. I knew what I was doing was not working for me physically or emotionally. I knew that I needed and wanted to feel different and I didn't want the pain from old injuries to limit what I could do any longer. I knew that something had to change. I enrolled in nutrition and introduction to movement classes knowing that I needed to push myself. What I found at TrainLifeFit was more than I could have hoped for. Each trainer there is dedicated, caring and loves what they do. Going to TrainLifeFit is transformative and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a life change or to keep building on what you already have. This team has it all- going here has been the best decision I could have made!

My results have been far beyond my expectations!! I have been fitness minded my whole life, but had been in a slump. The program(s) that Sumair has designed, and that Sumair and Nic have guided me through have been awesome. Encouraging environment, knowledgeable people. Now setting new goals. Thank you TLF!!

TrainLifeFit is definitely been a life changer! I am someone that has never really exercised in my entire life and the team at TrainLifeFit has shown me how easy and fun it can be. The positive attitudes from not only the trainers but the whole TLF fam are contagious and for those that need help with mobility or muscle pain: Go see Sumair! The dude is a dang ol' wizard. Seriously though, you will not regret it.

I'm a 50 year old woman who wanted to play more tennis, but found myself playing less and less tennis because of pain during the match and the soreness and stiffness the next couple days after. So I started working with Tess at TrainLifeFit, hoping to at least feel better the next day, and MAYBE add another day of tennis to my week. I now can easily play 4 days a week, plus workout in the gym 2 days. I am faster and have more stamina while on the court, and feel ready to go again the next day. Thank you Tess for helping me not only reach my goal, but exceed it!

I am a retired physician in my sixties. I have always been active and played a lot of sports growing up.Not surprisingly I have some aches and pains. Sumair asked my goals and came up with a program ,which has required adjustment from time to time. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and honest. I would strongly recommend him no matter your age,sex or objectives.He has helped me greatly.

It doesn't get better than Sumair and Train Life Fit! Hands down the most holistic approach to fitness, strength training, and mobility out there!

Before seeing Sumair my whole body was so out of alignment, locked up, and under engaged to the point that I could not turn my head to check my blind spot, I couldn't do lungs with out my sciatic nerve shooting pain down my tailbone, I was starting to get a hump back and hump neck from improper posture, and I was not able to raise my arms over my head. From the first 5 minutes of seeing Sumair he had already diagnosis where many of the problems where stemming from and already started to correct them. I walked out of my first assessment with the best posture I had since a child.

At Train Life Fit mobility doesn't come second or third to strength training, it comes first. What I have learned in the past year working with Sumair is that without proper mobility you cannot have full access to your movements and therefore cannot fully engage all the muscles needed for full body strength training. I am now living pain free, and feel like I can do any athletic activity with confidence, strength, and with out injury. Lifting weights has never felt so good!

I recently started to do body tempering sessions with Sumair that have been immensely helpful in gaining full mobility in record time. My squat looks like I am gliding down and i can access more glute and hamstring as well as lift more weight. The body tempering sessions helped put my hips back in alignment (one hip was about 2 inches higher than than other causing strain in my lower back and hip joint). the body tempering sessions dropped my hip by unlocking stuck muscles thus allowing me even greater access to my pelvic floor for overall better bracing when lifting, better posture, and made my body feel light as a feather. Sounds silly but I didn't realize how much pain I was in and how heavy my body felt until I was able to gain greater mobility and access to new muscles--once that happens your body real feels lighter and at ease. It is remarkable.

The last things I will say is that Sumair is the most genuine, nonjudgemental, helpful, supportive, smart, engaged, and kind trainer you will meet. The culture he creates in his gym makes it fun, exciting, and an uplifting experience to work out!
