BAM was an amazing place with fantastic staff. Their gym was ever evolving which made it a pleasure to visit each time. However, unfortunately after five years they had to close their doors.

literally the best place ever. Coaches are really nice and they teach well. I love them. I recommend it to everyone interested in parkour.

It's a cool place, don't get me wrong. But it's definitely tailored for kids who aren't experienced. The staff is nice and knowledgeable, but getting their attention when you're at the front desk can lead you to wait a significant amount of time before just barging into the gym (ignoring the signs telling you not to). Would recommend as a place to bring kids to tire them out or have a birthday, but definitely not tailored for experienced traceurs.

My son initially had a ball at BAM. I, however was reluctant to stay and watch him have fun because of being bitten by mosquitoes due to the fact that they leave the garage style doors open bc there's no air-conditioning in the building... therefore it's sweltering hott. My son attended for 10 months weekly and never advanced in his skills...he stayed at level 2. The last two months he hasn't even wanted to go to classes bc he hasn't learned anything NEW in months. So, a couple months ago they're advertising summer camp. Ok, great, I've got a place for him to be 2-3 days a week this summer while I work VERY part time. Yesterday we were in for an open gym and a boy about 12 /13 yrs old was watching videos on his phone (in the a/c foyer) 3 much younger kids looking on over his shoulder. I don't want my 6 yr old watching the things 13 yr olds are into. I brought it up to the owner Ruben and he sternly rebuked me and said that BAM wasn't a daycare but a gym and he CANNOT monitor the kids and what they do on their devices. OK... Cannot monitor the kids.. hmmm and your running a summer camp for them. Needless to say, We will not be going.

Where to start? I love both what this place is doing and I love how it does it. Kids are going to be kids. They'll climb too high, jump too far and do kid stuff and here is the place for them to find those limits and push them with guidance and direction.

Wrapped up in a presentation on monkeying around are beautiful lessons in how to fall safely and how to scale and climb, all in a sensible and positive environment.

That said, we were looking for a place to have a party for 8 year olds and I don't think it could have worked out better. We ended up with a bunch of sweaty, worn out and smiling kids. That's success.

BAM is brilliant. Welcoming, knowledgeable and great for a wide range of skill levels. Outstanding instructors for kids bring energy and flexibility. Super cool locally owned business.

4 stars to caution that gym area has large fans but is NOT air conditioned. Lobby and waiting area have AC. Parkour, "light saber", workout and silks classes available. Grueat coaches. Safety focused. Active kids and athletic adults will enjoy. Class subscriptions also include open jam practice times. Staffed Birthday party programs available. Weekly classes for kids and classes for adults. Also has a summer camp.

I love this place so much and I have gained a great amount of experience from the summer camps and classes that they hold. The reason for the four stars is that their website is not very user friendly. I have trouble signing up for classes and things are very hard to find.

Wow! Great Parkour & Movement instructors for both youth and adults. They keep you challenged and teach you the tools to broaden your abilities. And, light saber training?!!'

Interesting classes, good instructors, and changing training area make BAM a fun and interesting place to train.

When you walk in, don't be shy to walk into the training area and trying to get someone's attention. Instructors train regularly, so sometimes the front desk isn't manned, but everyone is friendly.

You can pay per month, 6 months, or for the year. You buy X number of classes per month, but you can train on any days and in any classes they offer, which is great. You can take Parkour one day, Tricking another, Tumbling, Flow, Silks, etc.

Classes are structured to work with you and your abilities. Coaches will progress you up to different skills and are always open to talking to you and helping you achieve the next skill.

Overall I highly recommend you come try a free intro class and see for yourself. If you want to be more agile, get a good workout, and have fun while doing something different, come check out BAM.

This is heaven for active boys and girls (adults too). My son is 6 yrs old and LOVES BAM. He loves the coaches and looks up to them like mentors. The atmosphere is relaxed, playful and fun yet challenging and rigorous in the right ways. The team of coaches are well trained in parkour and related techniques so they are constantly looking for ways to improve the kids' performance. One important aspect of this studio is teaching participants how to have fun, be creative with their exercises and push their bodies to do amazing things And....to be SAFE and not injure themselves or others. My son feels more confident and proud of himself every time he goes to BAM. We've loved the camps, classes and open gym. I've tried the adult activities and loved them too.
