Kor180 has changed my life! I've learned how to make my health and wellness a priority. I've gained confidence, strength and learned how to meal prep like a pro! To top it off, my body feels amazing, I'm sleeping better and I am now able to wear clothes that I haven't worn in years! If you're looking for a place that cares about you as a person, your goals and not just the bottom line, you've come to the right place. You won't regret the investment in yourself!
Kor 180 is an amazing environment that challenges you to become a better version of yourself. The instructors are kind, motivational and highly skilled in pilates, cycling and nutritional counseling. I highly recommend that you join a challenge group. Take a class, try it out, get outside your comfort zone, and crush it!
This was my experience with Kor180. I did the the Transformation Program for 3 months for TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS. I did lose 20 pounds in those 3 months so it does work if you follow the program. I asked for some information from the videos and I was told that they do not release it. Then the next day the email said "you are paying for all this information I hope you are reading it." That was really annoying. My biggest issue was with the studio itself. It is not very welcoming and the people in the classes aren't very inviting. The cycle classes played "This is America" EVERY SINGLE CLASS. It also played lost of song with the N word in them. As one of the only minorities in the classes it made me very uncomfortable. They tell you to "listen to your body" but have a 12 hour cancellation period, if you cancel in those 12 hours you are charged $20. So basically you need to know what your body will be feeling the day before class. They emailed everyone asking for good reviews on Yelp and FB in exchange for concert tickets. I stopped going to the classes with about 3 weeks left in my 3 month program. I took a shower and was joined by roaches. At that point I was done. I would say that it is 100% not worth the money

You have to try it! I have been going to Kor180 for a little over a year now and I have seen amazing results (my BMI has and continues to improve, I've also lost 30 pounds). The gym offers pilates and spinning (Reform and Ryde) so you get the total body workout with one membership. I was intimidated by the reform component in the beginning but the instructors are amazing and they really help you with your form. The Ryde classes are still my favorite! The rooms have awesome lighting and an amazing sound system. This gym and its members also provide encouragement around a holistic approach to health (living a balanced life, clean eating, meditation, identifying chemical-free products, recipes and advice on anything you might be struggling with).
I have been going to Kor180 for 3 years now, and it's still challenging! The classes push me to my limit, and I have fun while doing it! I highly recommend trying it out.
Can't tell you how much I love this new location! This place rocks my freakin' socks! The space is gorgeous and thoughtful. The instructors are rock stars - especially Maja and Andrea. The workouts are unmatched - and I've tried all trends and classics! I love that I can knock out intense cardio on the bike and still get my toning in on the reformer - AND still get a solid warm up, recovery, and stretch. Hard to beat that anywhere else in town.

Kor180 absolutely rocks! The instructors are amazing and the workout is one of the toughest I have ever had. Maja knows how to motivate you and the atmosphere just makes you want to work harder. It's full of friendly people, great instructors, and I really love the equipment. They designed their own pilates machines that help you maximize the potential of your workout. I've gotten so much stronger, my balance has improved, and it's a workout I truly enjoy. I travel frequently for work during the week, but there are enough class times that I can get there any day I'm in town.
I highly recommend this studio if you're looking for a great workout and to meet people and have a strong support system while working to achieve your fitness goals!
Bad experience at first try. No front desk staff to answer questions, instructor was rushing and made me feel quite uncomfortable and had to leave without attending the class. Need to register ahead and no walkins and class cancellation policy seems cumbersome for working class with busy schedules.
I always get pushed to if not beyond my limit during my workouts at Kor180. I highly recommend trying the Ryde + Reform classes (back-to-back) for the best total body workout. But grab an extra towel on your way in. You'll need it.
