Great place to be! The coaches here are always positive and understanding !!

Very specific training that is so much more useful for working on certain issues or goals. I use Max's training to help get a more balanced body that worked out back and hip pains I was having. He has also built workouts for me that help with my cycling and running. Skip going to crossfit where everyone is doing the exact same workout and only concerned with how many reps you do.

The best facility I have been in. Max is knowledgeable and well rounded. He is able to train any athlete. Thank you for all your hard work.

My favorite place to work out and get stronger and better. Max is an excellent coach with tremendous experience and attention to detail. I love going to Max to improve my overall fitness and improve strength and flexibility. The workouts are fun and there is quite a bit of variety from one to the next workout. You can make it as hard as you like but Max will be available to coach you and train you and help you get better and accomplish your goal.
