When I started CrossFit classes with Jared, I signed up for the class by mistake. I was obese and could barely carry a gallon of milk. This mistake turned in to one of the best decisions of my life and I attribute that to Jared's personality and positive attitude. Although in the beginning, I could barely make it through the class, he always made me feel welcome and motivated me to continue without feeling pressured or judged.
As time went by I got better because he challenged me to do things I had never done before or even thought I could do. He was very patient and reassuring when he saw that, for me, some of the obstacles were not physical but mental. In the moment, he helped me work through it and I was able to do it. That feeling of accomplishment was wonderful and kept me going.
I was able to work out with Jared for about 7 months and in that time he showed me that fitness as a lifestyle and now almost two years later, I've been able to keep up with working out. I attribute my maintain success to the fundamentals that I learned from him.
Jared is a wonderful trainer. He genuinely cares about his clients and has their best interest in mind. I highly recommend him, especially if you are ready for a healthier lifestyle.
