This place is awesome! Had a great experience going for yoga with Lisa Young during my pregnancy. And right after with the post-natal class. I treasured that space and time were I was able to connect with my baby and slow down the mind/body for the day. (It was there were I truly connect with my baby boy for the 1st time). No matter how the day was going, it was a treat for baby and myself. It is pretty cool you are surrounded by a group of pregnant moms in a relaxed environment. Lisa always have some good insights and is very approachable & knowleageable as a teacher. The class is not a super slow pase class, but is carefully catered to the pregnant woman. It was quit impressive how you have a voice about the class at the beginning, if you want to pay attention to certain areas, she is able add some moves/poses for you. I can keep saying great things about her classes but will try to keep it simple. Go move your body in a nourishing way, you & your baby will be happier and more relax to welcome him/her to the World.
