For those looking to recover quickly from injury and increase mobility; look no further.
RedBird teachers focus on you, your health and your fitness journey. I was introduced to RedBird 7 years ago and have simply not found another community anywhere in Austin like it.
This is not big box gym.
This is not how much weight you can throw around.
This is lifelong fitness.
I recently finished a 12 week Neuroscience of Movement training they offered and can honestly say I've never healed faster from injury. Within one week of a calf sprain I was back in class.
I am stronger and healthier than ever before and have RedBird to thank.

I LOVE this studio!! I've been going for close to 6 years now, and I'm constantly challenged and never bored. The instructors are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. I've had lower back issues for a few years now and the instructors are great at providing modifications during class without missing a beat. I think it's safe to say, I'm obsessed with RedBird especially the Body Engineering classes.

Redbird rocks!! I love pilates because it tones little often ignored muscles and you get super toned with a low impact workout. It also keeps you limber and balanced. Over my many years going to Redbird series classes and group mat classes, my lower back issues and flexibility have greatly improved. These ladies stay up to date with all the latest information about pilates and overall wellness and share it with their class members. You owe it to yourself and your health to check it out!

I have been with RedBird over 5 years and they consistently deliver on form, focus and attention to detail. They know me by name, know my injuries and know how to push me outside my comfort zone. They build long, lean, strong bodies and support their community. Try one class and get hooked.

Beware- RedBird is completely addictive! The instructors excel at helping you fine tune your movements, to help prevent injury and get the best possible results. The classes are inventive and challenging. And the community who attend are welcoming and supportive. Working out at RedBird is always a high point in my day!

I am totally satisfied with my experience at RedBird. I had always been a runner, but felt that I wasn't adequately exercising my whole body. At RedBird the Strength & Conditioning and Apparatus classes work every muscle I have - for both strength and flexibility. Plus the spirit of camaraderie is great.

As someone who can be socially anxious and a little awkward, I find that redbird has helped me find a place where I'm comfortable enough to work out and have started to get to know many of the others. From the moment you enter the door, the trainers are welcoming and focused on any injuries that you might have so they can let you know about modifications. I chose their studio specifically because of their injury awareness and focus on building up strength. I've gotten significantly stronger and have not had to use my back brace in a very long time - the combo of careful chiro oversight in addition to knowing my limits and having instructors normalize that some days are better than others has really helped me to get outside of my comfort zone and become stronger. Every once in a while they offer free classes, so I highly suggest you stop over to see what specials they have or talk to someone about taking classes.

I can't even begin to list all the reasons I love this studio, but I'll give it a try! The variety and quality of classes is ideal here. I can get intense cardio, challenging strength conditioning and toning as well as classic pilates mat classes all at the same place! RedBird legitimately meets all of my workout needs. I've also found a community with RedBird, as the owners and fellow clients are both some of the most caring, intelligent and talented people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Many have become close friends, and what's great about working out with friends is that it becomes fun AND encourages consistency in my workout routine. Finally, as a 34 year old woman who has been lucky to be with the studio for over 4 years, I've been able to witness the true impact of RedBird methods on my cardiovascular and muscular strength, particularly in the midst of entering a new decade of life and experiencing normal courses of aging, such as slowing metabolism and other physical body changes. Despite it, I've never felt stronger, had more confidence in my body image and been genuinely happy with my workout routine. Elisabeth and Lee, the RedBird founders, have curated a truly special place, and I feel incredibly blessed to have found Redbird and been welcomed into its vibrant community.
