I've been going to Cryo Body Works (CBW) every day now for around a week. I have done cryotherapy here daily and also tried out other services they offer.
If you have done cryotherapy before, nothing new here to report in terms of any differences between other places. I have had two back surgeries due to some injuries I sustained in Iraq, which is why I go here.
Few things help with any pain outside of taking narcotics which I prefer to avoid, but cryotherapy does help with the pain. It's invigorating during the process and for a short duration afterwards.
Another service they offer which I thoroughly enjoyed is called Infared Laser Therapy. I've had it done once so far and it felt fantastic. I've included a picture of the machine that they use. The session lasts ten minutes and basically they use a device which is attached to what almost looks like a miniature blow dryer. That device emits heat and they use this on your desired area.
Additionally, I have tried their Infared Sauna out once as well. A picture is included of that as well. I definitely got a good sweat on in that and I plan on doing another round of that.
Finally, I have tried out their Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy as well. To be honest, I don't know if it helped me with my pain or any healing specifically. I know my ears certainly felt like I was way up in the skies in an airplane though. If you try this your entire body will be inside the chamber, and your session will last an hour.
Overall I'm very pleased with CBW and their staff. Highly recommended!
