I love CrossFit and this community. The coaches here are so good at what they do. One of the healthiest decisions I've made was to start coming here.

The most important thing when choosing a Crossfit gym is finding one with amazing coaches who have their client's safety and health in mind. Crossfit Central absolutely embodies this tenant! They work hard every day to ensure everyone is working towards proper form and weights for themselves to prevent injury. I've been a client for about four years and have loved the workouts, the energy, and the camaraderie. We all start somewhere, and it's a place where all - really, all - fitness levels can come in and learn how to take themselves to the next level.

I stopped in for a Saturday workout. Really good box - the coaches were good, the workout was well-attended, and the workout consisted of a strength portion (DL) and then a tough little chipper. Would definitely go back when I am in Austin again and need to get my CrossFit workout in.

I love that there are only two low ratings of this gym, and they are posted by individuals that have never been members of the gym. It looks like to me that the people who have been members unanimously give the CFC 5 stars. I do as well! Real people, real trainers, real workouts that makes a real difference in your fitness and health!

This place is Awesome! Great coaches that will motivate you as well a give helpful advise. Its a little pricey but worth it!
