I've been working out with Sierra for over a month now! After beating a liver tumor, I've lost a lot of strength and am wanting to gain some of it back. Doing anything other than cardio is a whole new world for me; Sierra has been so patient with me and really focuses on educating me and making sure I have the correct form and understand how to do thing correctly. She pushes me, gives me tips and tricks to do on our off days, and checks in after work outs. She is great for a newbie like me, or for those more skilled!

Ive been working with Sierra for almost a year and a half now and have seen great advances in my game since. I am a High School Athlete and putting in the extra work out side of school defiantly has helped me advance my game. Also all of the preventive work we do helps me be able to play the whole season.

I have been working out with Tram for about 2 years now and I have loved every single thing he does. He has truly helped develop me as an athlete and increase my performance. As an athlete I would put my future in his hands every time. He is confident and professional and helped me put my best foot forward on the playing field every time!!

Love the quick in-and-out concept of this gym. The 30 minute sessions are perfect for those with a busy schedule. I have really enjoyed working out with my trainer as well, Brendan Morr. He is always is a great mood and ready to help push me to reach new goals no matter what time of day!

My workout partner and I have been training with Sierra these last few months and feel great! We can really see a difference in our strength. She pushes us, but always makes sure to keep an eye on our form, which I really appreciate. Plus she has a great attitude and makes the work out fun so the time flies by... not an easy task with an intense workout like you get with her at Austin Simply Fit.

I've been going to ASF on Burnet for 4 years and, even though I've moved from central Austin to far south, I refuse to change gyms or trainers. Brendan Moor is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! He listens carefully and adjusts workouts as needed to accomplish whatever goal you have in mind. I started out working out on my own and then my husband joined me on Saturday mornings. We always have a great time and we've definitely seen results. Highly recommend Austin Simply Fit!

My husband and I have been training with Brendan Morr at Austin Simply Fit Central for a few months and have already noticed great results! Brendan is positive, motivating, and funny. He brings the best out in us and has enabled me to do things I didn't think were possible. Importantly, he always ensures we are working out safely, and has even modified exercises to accommodate previous injuries. We really look forward to our workouts with Brendan and have increased energy as well as strength. I highly recommend Brendan and Austin Simply Fit Cebtral!

I started seeing Steven Kushnir at ASF about 3 months ago, and I've been blown away by what we've been able to achieve in such a short time. With the right guidance I've been able to pack on 15 lbs of muscle in ~10 weeks, which I never thought was possible. Not only does Steven provide nutrition information, tailor made work out plans, & the best training sessions around, he's also a super nice guy who makes training feel casual and low-pressure, all while getting cold, hard results.

Could not recommend this place enough. Great people and they work well around injury and towards personal goals.

I train with Brendan Morr. He's got great energy and really helps balance me out. I'm a bit low energy, so having someone hyped up and excited to train me is great. He has a great variety of tools to work with. Able to train body building, casual, athletes, power lifters, and rehabilitation.

He's done time under tension (super slow), circuit training and targeted training for individual sports. For a while my only goal was skating better (skateboard) and we'd do primarily jumps and leg exercises. I started primarily focusing on weight loss and overall strength training a year back. I lost 30+ pounds while adding significant muscle.

I've seen Brendan's clients get sculpted and toned or stay fit and healthy depending on their goals. This is a great gym where everyone cares.

Brendan Morr is my trainer at Austin Simply Fit, and he 'fits' me very well. I came to him in my late 50's with the request that he help me get a functional and resilient body to take into old age. I had read that quality of life in people over 60 often declines drastically after a sprain, or twist or fall or some other seemingly minor physical disturbance. The readings also suggested that training muscles with meaningful resistance was critical to maintaining a quality life while aging. I also came with a shoulder that isn't quite right, it grinds, clicks and sometimes pops. Each session with Brendan has been directed to my explicit goals, never once has a session felt like a copy-paste from someone else's session, or from my last session. Each session Brendan watches my form, at the beginning of a new move and near the end of my reps, to catch and correct bad form or to adjust the resistance to achieve my goals. Each session Brendan asks about my shoulder and tailors the session to the limitations of my shoulder that day, not previous limitations. I've never had a session that left me injured, even slightly. I've had plenty of sessions that left me with the "I've worked out well" feeling. It has been several years now, and the lower back issues that had me walking all stooped over like an old man for days every month in my 40's and early 50's are no longer a problem, and sneezes, slips, trips and stumbles haven't given me any troubles.Time and money well spent.

Austin Simply Fit is a great place for people who have busy schedules and prefer a customized and personal gym experience.
I have trained with several coaches at ASF and they each have been great!
Recently I have been training with Theo L. I highly recommend working with Theo! He is willing to customize my workout differently as my goals evolve and always encourages and pushes me to improve. Each session is unique, so I have never felt bored with his workouts.

Krista is amazing. She has been my trainer for 7yrs. I have never been stronger or more flexible. If you want to exercise and feel good - the ASF team is the best in town.

I am not really a "fitness" person, but the trainers and team at ASF make me feel welcome, enthusiastic and driven to get more out of every training experience. The workouts Krista, KT and Brendan plan are thoughtful and personalized for me. They know how to work around issues like a bad back and actually help me strengthen it and get stronger so I stay healthier! I am so grateful for all of them!

I have been working out with Mark at Austin Simply Fit for a month now and think he is an amazing trainer! He offers just the right amount of push and motivation without being in my face. I appreciate that! I am coming back from an injury and have seen drastic improvement since I started working out with Mark. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I get a great work out, while compensating for my lack of mobility in my right arm. The environment at Austin Simply Fit is great - non intimidating and nice staff. Anyone at any level of fitness will feel comfortable there. It is nice to have the one-on-one training attention!

I had a baby in December 2013 and hadn't worked out the entire time I was pregnant. After my baby was almost 1 year old I knew it was time to do something. But I needed someone that could work with me and help me gradually work up to getting back in shape. I really needed a workout designed for me with challenges but something I could do. I did an online search and feel so lucky to have found Becky at the South Location. Becky has literally changed my life and helped me build up from working out 1-2 times a week to 4-5 times a week and feeling great and I have more energy to take care of my baby and be more active in life. I really like their program at Austin Simply Fit, it is a challenging 30 minute weights and more workout that I feel good recommending to anyone that wanted to get in better shape and health, build muscle, etc.

I've been working with Krista at ASF in private and semi-private sessions for the past 6 months. I am in my late thirties and have always been active in the outdoors, but have never done consistent strength-training. As I move toward the big 4-0, I wanted to regain some strength that I've lost since my twenties and prevent further injuries. I can't say enough for this investment. Krista has been a great coach who is both attentive and dynamic in her workouts. She often changes things up if she sees that I'm struggling in an area. She pushes me to work harder, yet remains positive and encouraging. The gym is a friendly, laid-back, unassuming environment. All of the coaches are welcoming - not once have I walked in and felt intimidated. The results have been incredibly rewarding. I feel stronger and better about my body than I have in years. I have intermittent/chronic back pain that has disappeared with the focus on core strengthening. I would highly recommend ASF to anyone - do this for yourself, its a worthwhile investment.
