The quality of the instruction is excellent and the staff and fellow students are very welcoming. They have very nice, albeit small, facilities, and you can borrow mats, towels, etc for no additional charge.

My only issue is that the studio smells like sweat. I understand that will happen after a hot yoga class, but I went for the first class of the afternoon and it still smelled. I got used to it after a while and still had a fantastic class, so it isn't a deal breaker but something to consider if you are sensitive to scents.

I enjoy the freedom of their classes which create new challenges since we never know where we are going or how we are going to get there until we do. As a long time yogini, I find the teachers knowledgeable and open. They are helpful to beginners and work to give modifications so anyone feels safe to play no matter what level they are at on their journey. I encourage my staff and anyone I know to try BFree. They have several different class types so there should be an option to fit a person's preference for style and class length.

Love Kate Van Dyke, Lena Coleman and of course Shelby Autrey for a great flow. When I can I also love yin yoga with Iva and enjoyed David Overholts class. Great teachers, studio and vibe-good yogi diversity and clean, mindful, relaxing space . The 615am hour classes are money for working mom life.

Everyone here is amazing. The teachers care about helping you grow and heal. I have been going here for a couple years and have been treated with nothing but love, kindness and respect every time I show up. These people have no idea how much they've helped me in my life.

This is my favorite yoga studio in Austin, and I am 'into' yoga :)
