This store was happy to exchange a pair of joggers I bought that seemed subpar to my other pairs. 10/10 for customer service, comfort, and quality of materials

I always have a great experience at Lululemon stores but coming from the East coast, this store was disappointing. There was limited merchandise in the men's section, things were in the wrong place and frankly there was an employee who was just rude. It was a bad enough impression that we chose not to purchase and instead went to a competitor down the road.
I love their clothes, but I especially love this location. It is a true sample of the Austin atmosphere.

Popped in today and was greeted by such a sweet guy Jordan! I will definitely be back due to his excellent customer service, he was so engaging and upbeat, very cool guy!

I understand the location is important but parking is a biotch. Staff was cool. Store was small. But my wife still loves lulu!

If you actually know the background design and engineering that goes into this fitness gear, it's worth the price. Plus, I don't have to buy 5 Target sports bras instead of just one. (But who doesn't love a Target sports bra?)...really friendly (maybe sometimes too friendly) staffers that really do want to help you discover the amazingness of the products. Love the local vibe they've incorporated into this store on 6th and the commmunith work they do too.
Seriously, this is not lulu culture. These women made me and my friend so uncomfortable. They were so rude it wasn't even funny. They were even more rude to the woman in line in front of us. Worst lulu experience ever. We will not be going back. The Barton creek lulu staff is far more professional and kind.

It's a great place to go to find Lululemon products. I wasn't too certain about the place when I walked in the first time, but the staff there is very helpful and helped me to find some yoga pants that I was able to use to hike with.
Great staff with awesome sense of humor and premier customer service. I had bought a pair of surge running shorts with a liner and after a few wears realized they weren't for me. I returned to the store and before I could even finish explaining my situation, the store associate was quick to suggest another pair that might be to my liking. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel like their selection of items is somewhat limited. Regardless, I was very pleased and will definitely be coming back soon!
