Love these guys!!
What a great little niche gym. Great friendly and knowledgeable
trainers. Loved the Foam Rolling, Yoga and 5 Fit Classes. They have massage and spot cryo treatments. Wow. A one stop shop.

LOVE 5 Fitness in Westlake. They offer small group classes, personal training, yoga, massage and much more. They really care about your whole body - not just getting you in and out. I have been going for years and it has become a lifestyle for me. My kids enjoy the classes too!

Great location and gym to workout. All the equipment you will need to get yourself where you want to be.
I started attending one of the boot camps with a couple co-workers last November. I was already in a weight loss program and wanted to add a different fitness option to keep me on track.
I am not the fit 20 year old but the boot camp class has a range of ages and the group is very welcoming. The trainers have appropriate routines and modified movements for more difficult exercises which was helpful as I started the class.
I have had a personal trainer in the past and I have found that I am more committed to a group fitness activity. I was looking for a workout variety and was happy to find it at 5 Fitness. I have also participated in their free introductory classes on Saturdays such as the 30/30 spin/yoga class and the Community boot camp.
I wasn't looking for a cross-fit program or Gold's Gym but something to increase my activity during the week in a community friendly environment. They have classes in the early morning or in the evening that make it convenient around work. Again this is a great community facility that is worth a look.
Incredible service and training. The yoga here really releases so much stress. Definitely my morning spot for a good sweat with a good team.
I saw them orignially on Meetup app for Yin Yoga. If you've never done it then I highly suggest that you do yourself a favor and check it out.
When I attended, my first class was free, so that was already a plus. The yoga studio was intimate and there were candles and incense to create a soothing atmosphere. The instructor was helpful and at the end of our class there was a gong to help us relax which was new to me and very interesting. They had chanting in the beginning to bring you into the right state of meditation and a neck massage at the end. I feel like I had a full body massage with how relaxed I was after this class.
The instructors were incredibly inviting and told me about the meetup community since we had just moved into town.
