The instructors (Coaches) are world class. They push us. They teach us. I leave the gym feeling better than ever before with any gym membership. T4TG is more than a gym; it's a classroom and a community rolled into one. I can bring everything I learn here with me forever, and that feels awesome.

Awesome, personalized training with great attention to detail. Every staff member is super friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy what they do. Highly recommend!

Good program with a nice variety of classes offered. It's great to be able to train in any class at your own level and intensity.

I've learned more about how my body functions on a daily basis and how I should have been training all these years to live a more pain free life while lengthening my muscle and increasing my endurance. The coaches are incredible. If you're in Austin and bored or always injured, this is your next stop.

I hurt my lower back while sparing jiu-jitsu. I went out to T4TG hunched over and in pain. Josh had me do some stretches in my upper back and glutes, after an hour I was able to stand up and the cramped up feeling in my back was gone. The holistic approach to looking at the body and how a previous injury affects the rest of the body was interesting. I cannot believe how much better I feel now. Kudos to Josh and T4TG.

I have been looking for a gym like this for a long time! If you want customized approach, experienced staff and a pro-athlete atmosphere T4TG is for you. You cannot really call this place a gym, it's more of an athletic department.

Best part - it fits a current or ex-athlete and also someone serious about rehabilitating an injury, getting stronger and more mobile.

"As a beginner golfer i have been looking for ways to improve my game the most in the shortest amount of time. Train 4 The Game has definitely been very beneficial in that. Training there made me stronger and added serious distance to my game. The golf specific exercises gave me a more explosive hip turn and made my back stronger which relieved all of my lower back pain from putting. I would definitely recommend T4TG to all golfers of any age or ability level."
