I joined T3 for the swim clinic and to learn the techniques to swimming efficiently. The 4 week program was a amazing and would highly recommend for anyone that has a limited swimming background. I couldn't be happier with my progression from day 1 to the last class!

I joined T3 because I decided to sign up for my first half ironman distance race. I had done a few sprints and one Olympic already but the longer distance races are a whole other beast to tackle. I thought it would be helpful to join a group to help me stay motivated and I liked the idea of having USAT certified coaches accessible to help me achieve my new goal and answer questions. I also wanted to step up my overall racing skills. With T3, I feel I made the right choice. Not only are the people very supportive and friendly, but the coaches are awesome. T3 isn't just a group of advanced athletes either. There are athletes at every level-from beginner to advanced. Maurice Culley, the head coach and director, is very good at helping each athlete achieve their individual goals. More importantly his training will challenge you in the right amounts- so you show up strong and confident on race day, instead of injured and burned out. The workouts will challenge you in a good way--but lets face it, isn't that why we all do triathlons? to be challenged? I can't tell you how much better my swimming, biking and running technique have improved since I joined. My only mistake is not joining T3 sooner in my tri journey. If you want to take up triathlon as a newbie or refine your technique and fitness to go to the next level, you should definitely check out T3.
