Want an expert instructor, custom workout and private setting? This is the place to go! I have worked with the instructor, Heather Craig, several times. She has worked with me on both overall fitness and targeted workouts for old injuries, bad knees. I won't lie, she has pushed me, but only as far as deep down I knew I needed to go, and never more than I could realistically handle. Sure, you'll be tired and sore, but you won't feel like someone dropped a crate of bricks on you, like with some trainers who think everyone is at the same fitness level as themselves. And you'll definitely appreciate the increased strength and flexibility you notice very quickly!
